Randy and I have some exciting news to share! We announced yesterday on our Facebook page that we’ve been invited to present at TrawlerFest in Stuart, Florida as well as the Yachts Miami Beach show (formerly the Yacht and Brokerage Show).

Our presentation, “Cruising to the Dry Tortugas”, will first be presented in a shorter format (1 hour) at the Yachts Miami Beach show on Friday, February 17 (time TBD). Our TrawlerFest presentation will be held on March 1st from 8:30-10:30am at the Hutchinson Island Marriott Beach Resort & Marina. Randy and I will be discussing our last 3 year’s experience cruising to the Dry Tortugas and covering everything from provisioning, the isolation (no cell or wifi service), weather, anchoring, things to do, as well as exploring the islands and reefs by snorkeling and diving.

We are so excited for this amazing opportunity to not only discuss our favorite cruising spot, but to attend both shows and meet other cruisers and trawler/yacht owners. See links below for more information on the shows and their exhibitors and seminars.
